1. General Conditions

By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy). If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.

All products are made to order and may have slight variations due to the nature of custom-dyed, hand-assembled artwork. We do our best to accurately display product colors and descriptions, but cannot guarantee exact screen-to-product match.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice.
  • Limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
  • Refuse any order placed with us.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. Payment is due at checkout via our available payment methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer shipping within the U.S. using [UPS/USPS/etc.]. Processing and delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by you.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work to resolve the issue.  If you choose to file a chargeback claim or dispute after receiving your order you understand that legal action will be taken and your banking institution will be notified of your fraudulent activity with detailed information. 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including designs, logos, product images, and text – is the property of Fort Ash Designs, LLC. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. User Comments & Submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or creative ideas, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation to you. We’re not obligated to maintain them in confidence or respond.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. It’s your responsibility to check for changes.
